Hotel Bergland - Pertisau

Visiting several buses and trains is a breeze, as it is central to all transport activities. the rooms are modern, spotless and spacious - with a balcony that serves up lovely views of the lake and gardens. the service is friendly and the breakfast spread is tasty and packed with a range of satisfying options. the wellness facilities are excellent and the fitness room is well equipped.

The sauna and fitness room instructions were available only in German, making it difficult for non-German speakers to understand.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, considering the beautiful location up on the mountains close to the lake. The rooms are spacious and come with a big balcony, providing stunning views of the surrounding scenery. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout your stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from each morning.

The staff at this hotel were top class, very polite and helpful. They made our stay truly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious with stunning views, whether facing the lake or the beautiful hills. We also loved the fact that the hotel was right in the center of Pertisau, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast provided a wide variety of choices, including delicious gluten-free options for those with dietary restrictions. We were genuinely impressed by the attention to detail and the quality of service provided by this hotel.

All was more than ok, we couldn't have asked for more.

Fine views of the lake and mountain from the hotel room. Clean and well-maintained facilities, with a nice sauna and gym. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious items and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to the lake and within walking distance to the town center.

The room was quite nice, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. The hotel was also in a good location, close to the cable car and within walking distance of town. The meals were tasty with a good variety offered.

The hotel lacked any true Christmas spirit. There was no decoration to speak of, making for a rather bland experience overall.

Great food and friendly staff the food was fantastic with a great variety of options available. the staff were always friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. the hotel's location was very convenient for exploring the surrounding area and we appreciated the free bus pass.

Limited fitness facilities the fitness facilities were quite small and didn't have as much equipment as we were hoping for. We were also a bit disappointed that there weren't more activities available at the hotel itself.
